Congratulations to, Lissie Franklin!
Lissie Franklin graduated Summa Cum Laude, the highest academic award designated for students in the top 5%, from NSU December 10th with a degree in Music Education (Voice). She also sang the National Anthem at the graduation! She is currently applying for work at area schools, including Tahlequah.
